Your tasks

  • Support in maintaining and updating customer data, as well as documenting activities in the CRM system 

  • Active support in customer support for our end customers across various communication channels such as telephone, email, and possibly live chat 

  • Processing of customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in the CRM system 

  • Ensuring timely and customer-oriented problem solving and processing 

  • Advising end customers on products, services, and order processes Recording customer feedback and forwarding relevant information to internal departments to improve products and processes 

  • Active participation in training and workshops to keep product and process knowledge up to date 

Your Profile

  • You are enthusiastic and looking for a dynamic, motivated team where you can flourish

  • You have a customer-centric, structured, and results-oriented way of working

  • You are enrolled as a student (m|f|d) in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Marketing, or a similar field of study 

  • First knowledge in CRM is advantageous

  • You are strong in communication and a team player - afraid of making phone calls? You don't know that 

  • Proficient in MS Office and ideally have some experience with CRM software such as HubSpot or similar tools 

  • Excellent German and English language skills in speaking and writing
