Before the event 

Under "Edit Event" > "Payouts", you can make a payout. Up to 80% of the ticket revenue can be paid out in advance as an advance payment. 
The remaining 20% will be paid out after the event.  

After the event 

3 working days after the event, a settlement will be created automatically and the event revenue will be paid out. You will receive a credit by mail. 
If a refund / kickback has been predetermined in advance, it will be included in the settlement. 
The accounting department will be informed by mail about the process and the amount.
