Last updated on: 8/22/23
Your event - your data. At stagedates, we provide you with extensive statistics that can help with important decisions regarding your event. Our filter offers a variety of options to evaluate your event in detail. The reset button (top right) can be used to reset the filter. There is also the possibility to set the corresponding time zone.
Sales Figures
This statistic shows you how many tickets were purchased at any given time. The filter function allows you to select predefined or custom time frames. Furthermore, you will find information on the total number of tickets sold, the amount of revenue, and the sales figures for the last 24 hours, the last week, and the last month. Below this information, there are details for the selected time frame. By clicking on one of the days, you can see how many tickets per hour and which ticket categories were sold on that day.
Visitor Information
We provide you with extensive information about your ticket buyers. Using the filter, you can see when visitors made purchases during specific time periods.
In the detailed view, you will receive information about: gender, age group, and regions.
By clicking on a region, you can see which age group and gender the buyers in that region belong to. Our city map gives you an overview of strong-selling / weak-selling regions.
Admission Flows
See at what time how many ticket buyers checked in. During event follow-up, you can evaluate when reinforcement, for example at the check-in or cloakroom, should be scheduled.
Conversion
You can see from the diagrams through which marketing measures the most tickets were purchased.
Note: The conversion rate refers to recorded ticket buyers who have agreed to the cookie policies and made a purchase after using the tracking link. All buyers who have not agreed to this are not included in the calculation of the conversion rate.
